About our Salon

We have been working and teaching in the industry and involved in Health, Beauty, Keep Fit & Dance for over 30 years. Pauline (ATLM. FICHT. MIIHHT. MIIHBC. MFSB.) has been teaching part time since 1983, Jackie Harris(ATLM. MIIHHT. MIIHBC) more recently, for the City Of Bristol college. Pauline retired from The City of Bristol College in 2005 to spend more time in the business.

Our therapists are all fully experienced and trained. We also have Keith who is a fully qualified Shiatsu practitioner and trained with the Bristol school of shiatsu. He is a Reiki Master. We have Laura who you will meet if visiting us on a Saturday.

Mon/Tues 10am to 4pm
Wed closed
Thurs/Fri 9am to 5.30pm
Sat 9am to 4pm

Appointments outside of these hours by arrangement, later times usually Thursday & Friday.
